I opened it and this is what it said.

I wasnt' there yesterday! What a fun gift...someone must really love you (why wouldn't they?) Maybe the nurses got together and decided you needed a BREAK! I am so happy for you! You deserve to be pampered! Are you going 'home'? I hope Karter is doing well.
