One year ago.

well it has been one year since Karter was life flighted and our journey began. i posted just a few pics if kinda what went on but its not even close to all of it. It makes me sick to think of all that he has had to go through. But he is here and doing good we could not ask for more.
this is when we had to shave his head
His transplant day!!

The life flight lady who took Karter And she hugged me and told me its going to be ok, as she hauled my baby off. But they made it safe :)

his reaction to chemo.
he loved looking out the window..

everyone who came in had to wear masks.

He still was happy:)

what a tough little boy to go through all that. I bet it feels great to be able to look BACK at it all now and know you came out ok.

It makes me tear up just seeing those pictures and knowing what Karter had to go through. I know the ride isn't over yet but I'm so glad he has hung in there and that he is doing so well. You guys are amazing!

You seriously have a little miracle you get to hold in your arms every day. I'm so glad you blogged everything because by doing so you've really been an inspiration because you guys were so strong while going through everything you had to go through. I look up to both of you and your strength through all of this and I'm so glad that he was a little trooper and just kept on keeping on :) You are incredibe people :)
